  • Int. Full Body 1

    Join Deidre for this music-driven class designed for movers ready to level up. You'll sculpt your entire body, activate key accessory muscles, and stretch dynamically—all with intentional movement and expert cueing.

  • Int. Full Body 2

    Join Grace to blend strength and control for a full-body burn using light ankle weights and 3 lb hand weights. Expect intentional movement, core engagement, and deep muscle activation. Perfect for building endurance, tone, and alignment.

  • Int. Full Body 4

    Expect to work on balance and weight transfer as you move past the edges of your mat. You'll need 3 lb hand weights, light ankle weights, and one heavy ankle weight. We'll add the heavy ankle weight for part of the series to encourage control, core awareness and to challenge your glutes.

  • Int. Full Body 5

    You can expect extra shoulder work with the 5 lb hand weight weight and resistance band, a few cardio bursts and targeted thigh work. We'll use the light ankle weights the entire time with a consistent flow and some higher rep movements.
