Continue building on the strength developed in our previous Intermediate Sculpt series. After focusing on shoulder strength and balance with 5lb weights, this series shifts the emphasis to stability, mobility, and control.
Expect intentional core work, challenging resistance band sequences, and elevated glute training with double ankle weights incorporated throughout portions of class. This series will help you build strength, improve stability, and move with greater control both in and out of the studio.
