Move with Deidre through a quick banded sculpt series targeting both upper and lower body. You’ll need 5 lb hand weights and a resistance band.

Expect to work on balance and weight transfer as you move past the edges of your mat. You'll need 3 lb hand weights, light ankle weights, and one heavy ankle weight. We'll add the heavy ankle weight for part of the series to encourage control, core awareness and to challenge your glutes.
