    Move through a quick full-body sculpt with Caroline, targeting arms, legs, and abs. For this series, you’ll use 5 lb hand weights and light ankle weights.

  • Int. Full Body 15

    Expect to work on balance and weight transfer as you move past the edges of your mat. You'll need 3 lb hand weights, light ankle weights, and one heavy ankle weight. We'll add the heavy ankle weight for part of the series to encourage control, core awareness and to challenge your glutes.
